Dancing With the Local Stars

QUINCY, ILL. -- In a fundraiser for Cornerstone in Quincy, KHQA's Carol Sowers and Rajah Maples dawned their dancing shoes to take part in Dancing With The Local Stars Friday night in Quincy.

Carol was teamed with Phil Quevillion with Quincy Not So Fine Arts Society for a little swing dancing.

Rajah teamed with Quincy Superintendent Lonny Lemon for some country dancing.

In all, there were 19 dancers.

While both Carol and Rajah did a fantastic job, NuFit's Angie Asmann and Culver-Stockton College's Tyler Tomlinson took home the mirrored ball trophy.

Here's is a small piece of Carol and Rajah dancing....more to come...
