Be on the lookout for a new way to get your identity stolen.

It's called "smishing," and it's the story you picked

for your Facebook Story of the Day.

This is how smishing works.

You get a text message that looks like it's from a bank...most recently, Wells Fargo...in fact some people get them who aren't even Wells Fargo customers.

The text says your account has been deactivated and leaves a number for you to call.

When you call back, the person asks for your personal information like your social security number, and your identity is stolen.

You can read more about this from USA Today by clicking here.
