Ft. Madison school hits a snag

FORT MADISON, IOWA -- Some settling issues may have caused a bit of a problem for the new Fort Madison Middle School.

The Daily Democrat reports contractors aren't overly worried about it, but felt the need to tell the school board of the issue.

About five inches of rain in two weeks caused this problem, and more could develop.

Contractors don't think this will affect the opening date of the school.
