Two arrested for alleged Hannibal vandalism

HANNIBAL, MO. -- Hannibal police officers arrested Jeramy A. Mansfield, 17, and Elizabeth K. Mansfield, 20, both of Hannibal in connection with property damage reports.

Arrest warrants were issued Thursday afternoon from the Associate 10th Circuit Court of Marion County for Jeramy A. Mansfield and Elizabeth K. Mansfield charging them with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle – 1st Degree.  Bond was set at $10,000 cash only for both.

The Hannibal Police Department received 16 reports Wednesday morning of vehicles and property being spray painted.

The damage occurred on Sierra, Union, O’Fallon and Walnut streets sometime overnight.
