A Hannibal man accused of downloading child pornography on a Hannibal Public Library computer has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Gary Wayne Martin, 45, was indicted by a federal grand jury of one felony count of production and two felony counts of possession after an arrest last March.
Martin was also convicted of sodomy in 1989 with a young Hannibal boy.
This case was investigated by the Hannibal Police Department and the Kirksville Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
