Quincy man arrested for alleged sexual abuse to a minor

QUINCY, ILL. -- Police arrested a 51-year-old Quincy man for allegedly having sexual relations with a minor.

Thomas Brink was charged with criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse to a minor.

He was released on bond.
