Men accused of murder headed to court

TULSA, OK. -- A week from tomorrow, two men accused of murdering a former Keokuk couple are set to appear before a judge for a preliminary hearing.

The Keokuk Daily Gate City reports the men were arrested after allegedly murdering 18-year-old Carissa Horton and 21-year-old Ethan Nichols in Tulsa, Oklahoma last fall.

The couple was out on a late night stroll in September when they were robbed and shot.
