QUINCY, ILL. -- A couple of Quincy attorneys are set to have hearings, but they won't be the ones representing their clients.

The Quincy Herald Whig reports Richard "Riff" Scholz and Devon Cashman face separate complaints by the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Scholz is accused of not cashing checks for an estate and not returning repeated calls to the ex-wife of the deceased person.

He's also being investigated for his failure to cooperate in a criminal case.

His hearing is set for April 5.

Cashman is accused of taking $200,000 from a client's trust bank account without the proper authorization.

He then allegedly used the money for personal and business use.

He has a prehearing conference next week.
