FORT MADISON, IOWA -- The Fort Madison Community is honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday with a march and film presentation.

The Fort Madison Daily Democrat says you can meet at nine am Monday at the Michael Johnson Shelter House in Central Park.

From there, you'll walk downtown with a police escort to the Moose Lodge Parking Lot where the Fort Madison High School choir will perform and there will be refreshments.

You can also watch Dr. King's 'I Have a Dream' Speech at the Old Fort Players theater afterwards.
