Man arrested for offering alcohol for sex

QUINCY, ILL. -- A Quincy man is in jail for trying to trade sex acts for alcohol.

Police arrested Todd Lewis Sommers after two parents claimed he offered to buy alcohol for two 14-year-old boys for the act.

That's when the teenagers refused and told their parents.

Sommers is in the Adams County Jail on charges of indecent solicitation of a child.
