PALMYRA, MO. -- A Tri-State boy is celebrating his time in victory lane these days.

According to the Hannibal Courier Post, Logan Mitchell of Palmyra is the 2011 season champion for the United Midwestern Promoters Kid Modz series.

This young racer took home some serious hardware. Kid Modz races allow kids like Mitchell to drive full size dirt modified vehicles.

This isn't Mitchell's first win. He's won six series titles racing go karts on asphalt during his first five years in racing.
