QUINCY, ILL. -- Chaddock hopes next Wednesday, May 9 that you will make an appointment to stop, drop and pray.

On that day Chaddock will join more than 1,000 agencies across the country as a part of National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day.

The national event in Washington D.C. will honor young people who have shown great strength and resilience after experiencing traumatic events in their lives.

Although no public event is planned, the staff at Chaddock are encouraging you to mark the day on your calendar and to take a moment and say a prayer for these brave young people.

Since 1853 Chaddock has continued to serve abused and neglected children in our area.
