QUINCY, ILL. -- Three Quincy residents are behind bars Monday morning for stealing a Illinois public aid card.

Quincy Police arrested 49-year-old Kimberly Nelson, 20-year-old Joshua Nelson and 20-year-old Seaira Altheide for stealing an Illinois Link card from a local man.

After intercepting the card, the trio allegedly made 19 fraudulent transactions on the account at several Quincy businesses.

All three face the judge Monday in the Adams County Courthouse.
