HANNIBAL, MO. -- A movie featuring Hannibal could be hitting the big screen near you.

The movie is called "WaterWalk" - based on a book about a father and son who reconnect on a canoe trip down the Mississippi River.
According to the Hannibal Courier Post, portions of the independent motion picture were filmed in America's Hometown.
"WaterWalk" hits selected theatres Friday.
