HAMILTON, ILL. -- Hamilton business owners are speaking out about safety concerns surrounding a burned out city block.

Eight months ago a deadly fire destroyed four downtown buildings and killed an infant.

But since then, little has been done by the property owners to clean up the property.

According to the Keokuk Daily Gate City, the city plans to start legal action against property owners when demolition permit extensions expire.
