KEOKUK, IOWA -- Keokuk held its Labor Day parade down Main Street Monday.

More than one hundred and ten groups rolled through town, many throwing sweets for all the eager kids.

This year's theme was the "Wild, Wild West" with World War II U.S. Army veteran Harold Riley as the grand marshal.

Marching bands from Keokuk, Hamilton and Clark County R-1 marched in the parade, along with union members, boy scouts, cheerleaders and of course, your KHQA family.

The Keokuk Fire Department also rolled through passing the boot to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Thanks to everyone who came out for the celebrations!
