QUINCY, ILL. -- The Quincy Police Department is on the search for a suspected shooter Wednesday morning. It happened just after midnight in the 500 block of North 7th.
Police say the suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s with a bald head and goatee. The suspect is said to be wearing all black and fled the area on foot.
The victim stated he was in an altercation with a subject when he was shot in the leg.
