Jobs coming to Keokuk in the new year

One hundred and fifty new jobs will be created in Keokuk, Iowa beginning in January.

Thomas L. Cardella and Associates is creating 300 new jobs throughout Iowa for its inbound customer service billing program.

“We are very excited to have this work come to us and it is primarily due to the amazing job by the Keokuk, Iowa workforce,” Thomas Cardella President and Founder said in a press release. Since opening in Keokuk in 2008 the center has consistently grown and been a pillar for the TLCA organization. “The work that the Keokuk center has done will not only bring jobs to Keokuk but will also give way to more jobs in the state of Iowa.”

According to the news release, all positions will receive guaranteed pay increases every six months, paid training and a comprehensive benefits package. Individuals hired into these positions will require outstanding communication skills, with a background in sales preferred.

TLCA is currently hiring for these positions and will continue through April of 2013.
