Western Lady Wildcats have much they wish to accomplish heading into the final stretch of the season in the hopes of establishing an even higher benchmark for the future.

Not all sports stories get the grand, Disney Movie type ending.

But that doesn't mean they aren't success stories.

If you haven't looked very hard, you might miss the quiet, triumphant crescendo that is building with one of the area's long suffering basketball programs. And while progress may be measured here slowly, or in half steps, it doesn't mean the strides the Western Lady Wildcats are making, won't echo into the future.
