PIKE COUNTY, ILL. -- A second inmate involved in the five-prisoner Pike County Missouri Jail break last September has pleaded guilty to escape.

A Judge sentenced 21-year-old Jacob Darnell of Louisiana to seven years in prison after admitting to breaking out of jail, theft and damage to jail property.

That's now combined with his original guilty plea for drug possession and domestic assault that landed him in jail in the first place.

His brother, 24-year-old Jason Darnell, and two other inmates William Wilkerson of Saint Louis and Joseph Verive of Clarksville are scheduled for trial later this year.

Emmanuel Chatman, 26, of Louisiana has already pleaded guilty and received another seven years in prison.
