A motion hearing is set for Tuesday in the case of an Elsberry woman charged with child abduction charge.

Twenty-eight-year-old Kristen Boles is accused of violating a court order by not returning her eight-year-old daughter to the girl's father as scheduled in January of last year.

The father filed a complaint with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department. Authorities say Boles, the girl and an older daughter were missing for more than a week.

Boles shared custody of the younger daughter. She was not charged in the case of the older girl because she has full custody.

A trial is scheduled to begin Thursday, Feb. 9.
