SCHUYLER COUNTY, MO. -- Following a theft from a tobacco store near the Missouri-Iowa line, two Schuyler County teens spotted in surveillance video face criminal charges.

According to our sister station KTVO, Henry Costigan, 17, of Greentop, Mo., is charged with burglary in connection with the break-in. He is being held in the Adair County jail under $5,000 cash only bond.

According to court papers, Costigan was one of three people who shattered the front door of the 63 Tobacco Outlet on Highway 63. He was identified when Schuyler County deputies viewed the surveillance tapes at the business. Cigarettes and liquor were taken during the break-in.

Also charged in the break-in is Jacob Cline, 17, of Downing, Mo. He is charged with felony counts of burglary and stealing. He is also facing two misdemeanor charges. He was also identified by the store's surveillance video.

A juvenile female was also involved in the break-in and theft.
