QUINCY, ILL. -- A section of Highway 24 where it meets 5th Street is closed and one person was transported to Blessing Hospital following a crash.

A semi truck hit a car and emergency crews were called in to clean up a diesel leak from the damaged truck.

Crews are continuing clean up efforts and if you are traveling in this area expect delays.
