PIKE COUNTY, MO. -- You're invited to a public meeting in the coming weeks to discuss alternative locations for the Champ Clark Bridge at Louisiana.
An open-house style meeting will take place Thursday, March 21, to view the various locations the Missouri Department of Transportation is considering.
The open meeting will be held at the Twin Pikes YMCA in Louisiana from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
There will be eight options available for the public to comment on at the meeting and online at modot.org.
There is currently no funding for any changes to the bridge at this time. MoDOT officials say the process could take several years.
