Hannibal native participated in the Inaugural Parade

WASHINGTON D.C. -- One of Hannibal's own marched alongside President Obama at the Inaugural Parade Monday.

Hannibal native Joel Wealer marched with the U.S. Air Force Band and Honor Guard.

Wealer is a Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force.

He plays the French horn in the Concert Band, which is the largest ensemble in the Air Force Band.

Wealer joined the Air Force in 2002.
