HANNIBAL, MO -- The second degree murder trial of two Hannibal men is moving from Marion County to St. Charles County.

21 year-old Nathan Stice and 22 year-old David Ater are charged with the beating death of Hannibal man Rodney Wood back in August.

During a video-conferencing court appearance today, both men entered pleas of not guilty to charges of second degree murder and kidnapping.

Judge Robert Clayton also granted change of venue requests from both men due to the media coverage of the murder.

Both Stice and Ater are scheduled to be transferred from the Marion County jail to the St. Charles County jail in a matter of days.
