More than 20 area residents dressed up their dogs for the annual Halloween pet costume contest
QUINCY, IL -- It was a spooky site at the Quincy Humane society, and it proved that costumes aren't just for humans anymore.
More than 20 area residents dressed up their dogs for the annual Halloween pet costume contest.
Three pooches dressed as a doctor, nurse and patient won the award for best group.
Most creative went to Peter Pan and Tinkerbell.
And the best overall were the three little pigs.
But everyone felt like winners after receiving a frisbee, some dog treats and other goodies.
KHQA's Justen Arnold was among the judges.
