QUINCY --             The Salvation Army will provide a free Thanksgiving Dinner on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th from 11:30am to 1pm at the Quincy Senior & Family Resource Center located at 639 York.  Everyone is invited to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner complete with turkey and all the trimmings. 

            Transportation will be provided to the Quincy Senior & Family Resource Center for those needing a ride.  Meals will also be delivered to shut-ins.   If transportation or a meal is needed, call (217) 222-2087 by 4:30pm Wednesday, November 26th. 

            Salad dishes and desserts are needed for the dinner.  Anyone wishing to donate a salad or a dessert for the Thanksgiving Dinner can bring it to The Salvation Army, 732 Hampshire, Wednesday afternoon, November 26th, before 4pm or on Thanksgiving morning anytime after 9am at The Quincy Family & Resource Center, 639 York.
