In town for three days only
QUINCY -- The Quincy Community Theatre has a special treat in store this weekend.
It's hosting the play Late Nite Catechism through Saturday.
A touring company out of Chicago is bringing the play to the state in Quincy.
KHQA met with the playwright Thursday
She says you can expect a lot of laughs in the two hour production.
She says it takes you back to a third grade Catholic Elementary school classroom.
Is this something only Catholics will understand?
"No, not at all. The beauty of Late Nite Catechism is if you car Catholic, you know what the nuns were like in school. If not, you at least know what nuns were like in your community. You saw how the nuns interacted with kids," says Playwright, Vicki Quade.
'Late Nite Catechism' also has a lot of audience interaction.
Show times are January 8th, 9th, and 10th at 7:30pm.
Tickets range from $25.00 to $39.00.
If you'd like tickets, you can visit the box office at the Quincy Civic Center or go online to www.1qct.org
