NEW YORK (AP) -- As lawmakers prepare for his impeachment trial in Springfield, Gov. Rod Blagojevich is continuing his media tour in New York.

The governor kicked off the day with an appearance on ABC's "Good Morning America." During the interview, Blagojevich again lashed out at his accusers and revealed that he'd considered naming Oprah Winfrey to the U.S. Senate.

Blagojevich is accused of abusing his power by scheming to benefit from the Senate appointment, circumventing hiring laws and defying decisions by the General Assembly.

He reiterated his innocence Monday, telling ABC that "I did nothing wrong. And if I did something wrong, I would have resigned."

Blagojevich is also slated to appear Monday on ABC's "The View" with Barbara Walters and Whoopi Goldberg, before being interviewed on CNN's "Larry King Live" Monday night.
