KHQA first met Sergeant Amy Andrews from Ursa last February at the 1844th's deployment ceremony.
At that time she was going to Illinois State University in Bloomington when she was called up.
Then in March, 2008 KHQA caught up with her inside her tent at Camp Atterbury during training.
Wednesday, Melissa found her still working as one of the company's human resources coordinators.
She says she plans to get back to school at ISU this fall to pursue her degree in English education.
But in the meantime, she feels her year working in Kuwait has given her a leg up for when she gets into the working world.
Sgt. Amy Andrews said, "A lot of younger students are going to college and they've never had a full time job before, working Monday through Friday. Not only were we working Monday through Friday, but Monday through Sunday sometimes with little time off and handling the stress and communications and managing time to yourself."
