Apartment fire in Macomb still under investigation
MACOMB, IL -- The Macomb Fire Department says a fire Thursday morning remains under investigation.
Firefighters were called to 1343 East Carroll Street at 10:08 a.m. by one of the residents who lived in the upstairs apartment.
The fire was contained to a bedroom in the upstairs apartment.
There were no reported injuries.
Fire crews were on the scene for about two hours.
