Photo
Payson, IL--  About 60 kids at Payson-Seymour Junior High School are teaming up to be environmentally friendly.

Students will turn off the lights for one hour on Saturday at the high school to recognize "Earth Hour." Payson-Seymour students will join people of all ages and nationalities across the globe and vote for earth.

Lights go out from 8:30 to 9:30pm.  Students are asking for *your* support.  There will be a canned food drive from 6 to 9pm.

Food collected will go to the Payson Food Pantry.
