The weight restriction has been lifted from the Champ Clark bridge in Louisiana Missouri.
MODOT has finished repair work on the bridge, and has lifted the 15 ton restriction.
The weight restriction was put in place after an inspection of the bridge showed some weakening of the steel structure because of rust and corrosion.
The bridge is now re-opened to two lane traffic.
