This is a KHQA Alert.

There's more concern over salmonella, this time in pistachios.

Hy-Vee has recalled its 16-ounce packages and 1.5-ounce tubes of Hy-Vee pistachios.

The California-based company that distributes them is recalling the nuts due to potential salmonella contamination.

Hy-Vee says no one has reported getting sick from eating these pistachios.

For more information about pistachio products being recalled, go to www.fda.gov/pistachios/.
