Before the storm hit the rural part of the county, it slammed into the middle of Quincy.

The intersection of 33rd and Broadway took a hit.

Two stop lights were blown over at the intersection, and several signs were blown apart including McDonald's, TGI Fridays and KFC.

The Sears Auto Center at the Quincy Mall also lost some windows.

Plus the front sign of the Sprint store at 36th and Broadway was ripped off and tossed to the back of the store.
