Health officials dispel swine flu rumors in western Illinois

QUINCY, Ill. - The following is a news release from the Adams County Illinois Health Department, dated April 30, 2009:

Adams County public health officials are emphasizing that as of this time, there are no confirmed cases of Swine (H1N1) flu.

Officials will notify the community if a case is reported.

Adams County officials continue to be in a preparedness and surveillance phase of swine flu activities.

Adams County agencies continue to work together to assure that we are prepared in the event that a case is reported.
