Hannibal and Kahoka buildings make list released by state commission
The Missouri Preservation Commission says there's two buildings in Northeast Missouri that have made the 2009 list of most endangered historic buildings.
The two buildings are the Clark County Courthouse in Kahoka and the Grant's Drug Store building in Hannibal.
The idea of certain properties making the list is to help draw attention to their historic significance and to help property owners possibly save the buildings through local and state efforts instead of tearing them down.
