Hannibal City Council to discuss budget

Hannibal, Mo.-- The Committee of the Whole Council is scheduled to meet Wednesday night at the city Council Chambers.

The council will meet to discuss their budget process. KHQA will meet with City Manager Jeff LaGarce this afternoon to find out what the council hopes to accomplish at tonight's meeting, and what challenges the council faces with this year's budget.
