The Tri-State area has a growing crop of farmers markets.

Following is a list compiled by the University of Illinois Extension office in Adams County:

Saturday 8 a.m.-noon

Mt. Sterling Farmers Market
IGA parking lot
Tuesday 7 a.m.-noon, Friday 2-6 p.m.

Canton Farmers Market
Martin Park
Thursday 2:30-6 p.m.

Hannibal Farmers Market
Central Park
Tuesday 3-7 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.-noon
