A local business is in trouble after the owner sold liquor to an underage person during a recent alcohol compliance check.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department tested twenty businesses outside of Quincy earlier this week.

Only the Quick Mart Convenience Center in Loraine failed the check, selling alcohol to an underage customer.

The business owner Mitchell Lamb of Quincy was arrested on charges of Illegal sale of alcohol to a minor. He'll be in court in July.
