ST LOUIS (AP) -- A magazine is calling St. Louis drivers the second-worst in the nation and Kansas City's only a little better.
Men's Health magazine ranked drivers in Columbia, S.C., as the worst, followed by those in St. Louis. Kansas City was ranked the nation's sixth-worst city to drive in.
The magazine looked at the rate of fatal accidents, deaths caused by speeding, the frequency of accidents and statewide statistics on speeding and seatbelt usage.
Drivers in Des Moines, Iowa, were ranked as the best, followed by Jersey City, New Jersey.
