Tim Dann faces threecounts of statuatory rape and two counts of statutory sodomy
HANNIBAL, MO -- A former Hannibal police officer waived his right to a preliminary hearing today.
Tim Dann was supposed to have been in court today for his preliminary hearing. He waived his preliminary hearing; now he will be arraigned in circuit court later in May on the same charges.
Tim Dann faces several charges of statutory rape and statutory sodomy involving two teenage girls.
Tim Dann had served as the department's school liaison officer.
