Rescan your channels

We're still getting a lot of calls from people with DTV questions here at KHQA.

Some are saying they haven't been able to get us since we switched to an all digital signal June 12th.

Since they can no longer see us, we need you to help.

If you have any friends or family members that are in this situation, tell them to rescan their channels on their converter box or on their digital TV set.

When we went digital, our signal moved from channel 29 to channel seven.

So their TV or converter box is looking for KHQA on channel 29, but we're not there anymore.

All they have to do is go into the menu or setup function of their converter box or digital TV, and do a rescan.

That should fix a majority of the problems, and we want to make sure all of our viewers are able to see CBS programming on KHQA and ABC programming on KHQA 7.2.
