Viewers have reported problems

QUINCY, ILL. -- For some of the people in the KHQA-TV 7 viewing area who have noticed problems with our audio, we are now working in conjunction with Mediacom.

Viewers are reporting that volume is coming in either too high or too low in comparison with other channels.

Please note this problem is a priority and we are working with your local cable provider to find a solution.
