A Hannibal man is headed to prison for 30 months on firearms charges.

28 year old Lequinton Gibbs was with a St. Louis man earlier this year who was pulled over.

Gibbs was found with a firearm at that traffic stop.

He has a previous felony conviction, and is not allowed to own a firearm.

The St. Louis man was sentenced to ten years in prison because he fired a weapon at police while in possession of drugs.
