Former Hannibal police officer's trial set for October
A former Hannibal police officer will stand trial later this fall on counts of statutory rape and two counts of statutory sodomy.
Tim Dann entered pleas of not guilty on all six counts Monday morning. He's scheduled to stand trial in Hannibal on Oct. 25-26.
Dann was arrested earlier this year, after an investigation showed he allegedly had sexual contact with two two girls under the age of 16 while he was the school police officer at Hannibal High School.
Dann remains free on bond.
