If you like to ride motorcycles, this weekend may be a great one to get out on the open road.

If you'd like to ride for a good cause, you can take part in the Ride for the Relay.

Every year bikers ride from Chicago to the Santa Monica Pier along Route 66 and raise money for the American Cancer Society.

This year, the ride is dedicated to cancer survivor John Hark of Hannibal.

It costs 33 dollars to ride, and you can join the ride at anytime and leave at anytime.

All the costs you incur as a rider are out of your pocket, that way all the money raised goes to the Cancer Society.

KHQA asked Hark how he feels because this ride being dedicated to him.

"This ride is dedicated to me, but I in turn dedicate it to every cancer survivor, every cancer fighter. Those who have fought, those who will fight. And all of the people who are the helping hands. That's our cargivers," says Hark.
