ST. LOUIS (AP) - Four eastern Missouri men arrested in a multistate dogfighting crackdown are expected to plead guilty in federal court.

Interviews and court records show that Robert Hackman,55, of Foley; Teddy Kiriakidis,50, of Leasburg; Ronald Creach,34, of Leslie; and Michael Morgan,38, of Hannibal will plead guilty Monday in St. Louis.

26 people were charged and more than 500 dogs were seized in July following federal raids in Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Texas.

One of the suspects, Jack Ruppel,35, of Eldon, pleaded guilty September 4, 2009  to dogfighting conspiracy and selling an animal for a fighting venture.
