HARRISONVILLE, MO. (AP) -- An April 19 trial date has been set for a Missouri man accused of second-degree murder and other charges in the death of an infant he allegedly fathered with his teenage daughter.

Danial Rinehart appeared in Cass County Circuit Court on Monday with his hands and feet shackled with chains.

He didn't speak during a brief appearance.

Prosecutors believe the man impregnated his daughter four times and had been having sex with her since she was 13.

Only one of the four children she gave birth to is still alive.

That child is in state custody.

The father is charged in one of the babies' death.
